Title: Exhibition Content Producer
Location: Greater London
Salary: Up to £28k DOE + bonus
Reporting To: Head of Content

Our client is a dynamic and award-winning, high-growth events business and is looking for an Events Content Producer to join their award-winning team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the content for their growing portfolio of events in the UK and the USA. If you're someone who loves making things happen and is passionate about exhibitions, we want to hear from you!
The role will include:
- Researching the market and identifying key industry trends to curate and plan exciting, relevant content for events.
- Acquiring and negotiating with speakers, ensuring content is top-notch and stays within budget.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to launch agendas in a timely manner and ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Working closely with Event Directors and the sales team to ensure smooth project flow and meet content timelines.
- Supporting the Head of Content with various tasks and initiatives.
- Attending events, managing speakers and stages, and ensuring content quality control on-site.
- Designing and creating on-site materials such as holding slides and agendas.
- Delivering pre-show briefings and maintaining speaker documentation.
- Managing speaker databases and other administrative tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in the events industry (preferred)
- A creative mindset with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and a personable, friendly approach
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be proactive, and self-motivated
- IT literate and able to adapt to new tools and systems
