A fast-growing SaaS and digital product company is looking for a CTO to lead the build and scale of its technology function. What you’ll be doing:

• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team focused on delivering scalable SaaS and digital products
• Drive innovation by embedding AI into both product functionality and engineering processes
• Partner with Product, Data, and AI teams to deliver a cohesive technology roadmap with regular release cycles
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring performance, quality, and security standards are met
• Implement modern cloud-native architectures and DevOps best practices to enhance scalability and efficiency
• Establish and monitor KPIs for engineering performance and delivery effectiveness
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align technology with commercial goals and growth strategy
• Represent the engineering function in strategic discussions and investor or partner meetings

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in a SaaS or digital product environment, ideally scaling from start-up to high-growth
• Deep technical expertise in C#, .NET Core, Angular, SQL, and Azure (or equivalent cloud platforms)
• Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and how it can enhance both products and engineering delivery
• Background in modernising engineering practices and introducing automation, CI/CD, and agile methodologies
• Experienced in leading and mentoring technical teams while maintaining hands-on technical credibility
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with commercial acumen
