ASSISTANT MENSWEAR DESIGNER – ENTRY LEVEL

Due to high growth our client is looking to recruit a creative, ambitious Assistant Menswear Designer to join their talented in-house team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the next generation of activewear and leisurewear — blending style, performance, and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support the design team across the full product lifecycle — from concept to final sample.

Assist with design sketches, fabric selection, and tech pack creation.

Help manage samples, mood boards, and design archives.

Research emerging trends in fitness, fashion, and influencer culture.

Collaborate with marketing, production, and product development teams to bring designs to life.

Ensure every piece reflects our brand identity and performance standards.

What You’ll Bring

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

A passion for menswear, streetwear, and activewear design.

Great communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

A degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or similar preferred.

Previous design experience or internship in fashion/sportswear is a plus.
