This role would suit a driven People professional with experience in fast-growing, creative, or media-driven environments, and a genuine passion for shaping culture and developing teams.

  • Manage recruitment activity and workforce planning, ensuring hiring decisions align with business priorities and culture
  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture, using employee insights to improve engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Maintain strong governance across employment policies, compliance, and reward
  • Ensure HR and People systems and data are optimised for efficiency and reporting

  • Ad hoc tasks to support the CEO/Executive team

What We Need to See (Essential)

  • Dedicated experience in a senior People/HR role within an SME/scaling business (5-10 years experience)
  • Experience working with C-suite teams in the media, entertainment, or creative industries
  • Strong generalist background across recruitment, engagement, compliance, and culture
