Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join our team and assist with AI and automation-driven projects. This remote internship offers hands-on experience in analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and contributing to digital transformation strategies. You will gain exposure to real-world projects, working closely with our consultants to help deliver innovative solutions that make a tangible impact. This role is fully remote and available to candidates based in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with consultants to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
- Assist in identifying process inefficiencies and propose solutions for automation and optimisation.
- Help create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
- Contribute to designing AI-powered solutions and data-driven workflows.
- Support research efforts to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the automation space.
- Assist in testing AI solutions, documenting results, and refining systems.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for client meetings and internal reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Interest in AI, automation, or digital transformation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier).
- Experience with project management or collaboration tools like JIRA or Confluence.

Job Details
Location: Remote
Type: Internship (2-month programme)
Compensation: £15 per hour (paid internship)
Schedule: 20 hours per week, flexible Monday–Friday
