Key Responsibilities


As our HRBP, you will be a trusted advisor, working closely with senior leadership to drive organisational performance and foster a positive, high-achieving culture. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Partnering: Translating business objectives into effective HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Talent Management: Leading performance management cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives.
  • Change Management: Supporting the business through organisational change, restructures, and transformations.
  • Employee Relations: Coaching and guiding managers on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance and best practice.
  • Organisational Development: Identifying and implementing OD interventions to improve efficiency and employee engagement.
  • Reward & Recognition: Collaborating on compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.


What We Are Looking For


  • Proven Experience: Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor, ideally within a fast-moving commercial sector.
  • Qualifications: CIPD Level 5/7 qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • Expert Knowledge: A deep understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Commercial Acumen: The ability to understand financial drivers and how HR strategy supports commercial success.
  • The Right Attitude: A proactive, collaborative, and resilient approach with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Location: Based in or easily commutable to our Newcastle upon Tyne office.
