Field Sales Executive – HCM Solutions (Remote, UK)
Competitive base + Car allowance + commission
Remote (UK-wide)
Reporting to: Commercial Sales Manager
Team: 7 in Commercial Sales | 14 across ADE
The Opportunity
Ready to hit the road (and the numbers)? We’re looking for a driven, ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our high-performing HCM (Human Capital Management) sales team.
You’ll be working with mid-to-large UK businesses helping them transform how they manage their people, payroll, and performance — powered by our cutting-edge HCM technology.

Your Territory
We’re mapping things out right now — but you’ll have the whole of the UK to explore
You’ll cover accounts across:
Industry (Blue Collar)
Professional Services (White Collar)
Charities
Hospitality / Retail / Tech
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of revenue
- Conduct on-site client visits and product demos
- Drive new business and expansion within existing accounts
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers (HR, Finance, IT, Ops)
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored HCM solutions
- Manage a full sales cycle — from prospecting to close
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of field sales experience – ideally within HCM, payroll, finance, or back-office software
- A proven record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong consultative selling skills and commercial acumen
- Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills
- A proactive, positive attitude and love of autonomy
- Full UK driving licence
