Role: Salesforce Technical Lead

Rate: £500-£575 Per Day

Length: 6 Months (Initial)

Location: Fully Remote

TechOhana have exclusively partnered with a boutique Data business that require a Salesforce Technical Lead for a long term, contract opportunity!

The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with a small team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance, reviewing technical solutions, and ensuring high-quality delivery. This role focuses on technical mentorship, architecture, and solution strategy rather than managing a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor Salesforce developers on best practices and complex technical solutions.
• Design and deliver scalable solutions across Sales Cloud
• Translate business requirements into maintainable technical designs.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, efficient solutions.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Salesforce Developer.
• Strong expertise in Sales Clou
• Expert in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative automation.
• Experience providing technical guidance and mentoring developers.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business teams.
