Sheet Metal Fabricator

Location: Grays

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm

Salary:£16-£18 per hour

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team in West Thurrock. This is not heavy fabrication work – you’ll be working on lighter fire doors and associated components, requiring precision and attention to detail.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• ⚙ Operate and set up press brake machines for sheet metal bending
• Perform welding tasks (MIG/TIG) on light gauge materials
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• ✔ Ensure high-quality standards and accurate measurements
• Work collaboratively within a small, skilled team

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication
• Skilled in press brake operation and welding techniques
• ⏱ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
