About the Role:

As a Primary School Assistant, you’ll be supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons, working one-on-one or in small groups with pupils, and helping to create a positive and nurturing learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience — ideal for those considering a career in teaching or education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher with day-to-day activities and lesson delivery
• Work closely with pupils to encourage progress and confidence
• Assist with classroom preparation and organisation
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Provide additional support to children with SEND or specific learning needs

What We’re Looking For:

• A recent graduate (any discipline considered)
• Passion for working with children and young people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is a plus
