Corporate Account Handler

£40,000 - £45,000 | Maidstone, Hybrid | Permanent

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Handler to join a highly successful Corporate & Commercial team based in Maidstone. You’ll manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of corporate and commercial clients, providing expert advice and ensuring exceptional service across all aspects of the client journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business activity effectively
• Review client documentation to ensure accurate and comprehensive presentation for quotations
• Liaise with underwriters, clients, and third parties to ensure the best outcomes
• Prepare and maintain high-quality market documentation and secure necessary approvals
• Support senior colleagues with client projects and renewal strategies
• Maintain accurate records and data to ensure compliance with company procedures
• Contribute to team meetings and business progress updates
• Build strong, professional relationships internally and externally

About You

• Experience in corporate or mid-commercial account handling is essential
• Strong knowledge of insurance principles, regulation, and the wider market
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Organised, detail-focused, and adaptable under pressure
• Positive, proactive, and customer-focused, with a drive to deliver results
• Team player who enjoys collaboration and continuous learning

The Offer

• Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (DOE)
• Hybrid working: 3 days in the Maidstone office, 2 from home
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
