Lead Product Designer – Redefining the Future of Last-Mile Logistics

London: Hybrid 3/4 days per week in the office

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer who can bring clarity to complexity, someone who can design intuitive tools and experiences that power the flow of parcels, people, and data.

Designing end-to-end experiences across web, mobile, and in-field applications used by drivers, couriers, and customers every day

Leading design strategy shaping how technology connects every touchpoint in the delivery chain, from dispatch to doorstep

Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and operations to turn insights from the field into elegant, scalable design solutions

Defining and evolving a design system that ensures consistency across a growing product suite

Balancing user needs and operational realities creating designs that look great and perform in high-pressure, real-world logistics environments
