Create have teamed with a brand that offers bespoke and ready-to-wear clothing for hospitality staff, with a focus on quality, style and environmental responsibility

They are currently looking for a Garment Technologist to join there growing team and will work alongside our Design and Product teams.

This is an exciting role that will allow you to work with our extensive existing supply chain partners in Men's and Womenswear high end bespoke garment production. The label is known for craftsmanship, premium fabrics, and innovative design.

This is a hands-on, technical role working across bespoke and ready-to-wear collections, in close collaboration with the Design and Product teams, and liaising with global supply chain partners across Asia and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage spec sheets, including technical illustrations, measurements, and construction details for sampling and production.

Conduct fit sessions in collaboration with designers and product developers.

Update spec sheets with fit comments and technical amendments for suppliers.

Develop and manage measurement charts and pattern grading across all product categories.

Oversee the full garment lifecycle: sampling, production, and quality control.

Liaise with factories and suppliers to resolve technical queries and ensure timely production.

Maintain and organise a digital pattern library.

Use Gerber to create, digitise, grade, and amend digital patterns.

Make bespoke and made-to-measure pattern amendments as needed.

Coordinate with external grading/digitising partners, maintain records, and ensure accurate grade charts.

Send production-ready patterns and grade charts to factories after PO confirmation.

Respond to technical and pattern-related queriesfrom manufacturers.

Key Skills & Experience

Solid experience as a Garment Technologist within luxury, high-end, or bespoke fashion.

Strong digital pattern-making skills using Gerber are essential.

Excellent knowledge of garment construction, grading, and fit.

Attention to detail with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work across multiple garment types and fabrications.

Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
