The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years’ PQE. You’ll manage your own varied caseload from start to finish, dealing with:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Lease extensions
• Lifetime mortgages
• Re-mortgaging
• Transfers of equity

You’ll join a friendly, experienced team who work collaboratively to deliver a first-class service to clients across the region. This is a great fit for someone looking to join a stable, people-focused firm that values initiative and professional pride.

The Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• Able to handle a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Personable, proactive and highly organised
