Customer Service Team Leader
Location: Cheadle Area - Office Based
Hours: 37.5 per week, between 8am–8pm, Monday to Sunday - Get rota in Advance
Salary: £31,000 DOE
Bonus: Monthly Team performance-based bonus
Start date - ASAP
Are you a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced contact centre environment? We're looking for a Team Leader to guide, coach, and inspire a team of agents to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through service performance.
Supervise, manage, and motivate a team of Customer Service Advisors
Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs
Identify training needs and provide effective coaching and support
Deliver regular feedback through 1:1s, performance reviews, and improvement plans
Promote a culture of “sales through service”
Foster an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative team environment
Lead and support change initiatives, encouraging open feedback
What We’re Looking For:
Experience leading and coaching teams in a contact centre
Proven ability to drive performance and meet targets
Background in sales (individual or team-based)
Strong customer service skills, especially in challenging situations
Professional and courteous approach to team management
