H&S Director

£100,000 Salary

Birmingham, London or Manchester - on site 5 days per week.

We’re partnering with a major real estate investment company that owns and manages a UK-wide portfolio of offices and shopping centres, now seeking a Health & Safety Director to lead strategy and culture across its operations.

This role suits a dynamic, people-focused H&S leader, someone who can combine technical expertise with influence, communication, and diplomacy.

Key focus areas:

• Developing and delivering the company’s H&S strategy.
• Embedding best practice across a diverse property portfolio.
• Supporting the insourcing of FM with robust safety frameworks.
• Driving engagement and ownership of H&S at all levels.

You’ll bring:

• Senior H&S experience in real estate, property management, or FM (not construction).
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• A pragmatic, polished, and professional approach.
• CMIOSH or equivalent qualifications desirable.
