IP Associate - 3-5 PQE - Birmingham - Up to £80,000

A leading firm is seeking an experienced commercial IP specialist to join its highly regarded team in Birmingham. The team handles the full range of IP work.

The team advises an impressive roster of clients, across AI, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, and technology. The work here would include licensing agreements, franchising, R&D agreements, advising on IP aspects of commercial agreements and IP portfolio managements including audits and due diligence.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, ambitious professional looking to take on a key role in a dynamic and growing practice. The opportunity offers a clear progression path, far reaching support and varied 'top-shelf' work.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be 3-5 PQE, seasoned, Commercial IP solicitor from a non-contentious IP background. Confident working collaboratively and independently on varied non-contentious IP work.
