Role Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst Intern to support our growing portfolio of AI and automation projects. This is a remote internship open to candidates based in Nottingham or anywhere in the UK. You will analyse processes, gather requirements, and contribute to designing digital solutions that solve real business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with consultants and stakeholders to gather detailed business and technical requirements.
• Analyse workflows to uncover inefficiencies and propose AI-driven improvements.
• Assist in building Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and process maps.
• Support research into automation opportunities, industry trends, and client needs.
• Help test and validate automation solutions, documenting results and insights.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings clearly.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance client workflows, systems, and productivity.

Required Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) or tools like JIRA/Confluence.
• Familiarity with data tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
• Experience with automation platforms (Power Automate, Zapier, Make) is a plus.

Job Details

Location: Remote

Type: Internship (2-month programme)

Compensation: £15 per hour

Schedule: 20 hours per week, flexible Monday–Friday
