We’re seeking a Senior Insurance Account Handler to join a supportive and growing team based in Kent.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 3+ years of insurance experience who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.


Location: Kent (Hybrid & Flexible Working Available)

Salary: Up to £45,000

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients
  • Act as the first point of contact for client queries and renewals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify opportunities to enhance cover or cross-sell services
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery

  • Willingness to learn and develop – support for CII/ACII qualifications available
