We’re seeking a Senior Insurance Account Handler to join a supportive and growing team based in Kent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 3+ years of insurance experience who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Location: Kent (Hybrid & Flexible Working Available)
Salary: Up to £45,000
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial clients
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries and renewals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify opportunities to enhance cover or cross-sell services
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery

- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Team player with a positive attitude and resilience
- Willingness to learn and develop – support for CII/ACII qualifications available
- High levels of integrity and professionalism
