Amazing new role for an Experiential/Events 2D Creative Lead to join an established creative agency blending strategy and design to craft bold, meaningful brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead creative development for global experiential campaigns-from concept through delivery-ensuring work is bold, on-brand, and strategically sound

- Translate loose briefs into buildable realities, often co-writing briefs with clients who trust your instinct and creative vision

- Inspire and guide internal teams through complex challenges, presenting work to senior stakeholders and helping ideas evolve into industry-defining case studies.

-Collaborate across international teams and time zones, travelling as needed to oversee builds and deliver on-site excellence.

- Problem-solve in real time, maintaining creative integrity and team morale when challenges arise during production.

- Work closely with production and project management teams to ensure concepts are achievable, scalable, and within budget-without compromising creativity or impact.

- Apply deep expertise in experiential events, print production, materials, digital formats, and live environment design to bring ideas vividly to life.

- Drive innovation across pitches, RFPs, and live projects, inspiring both in-house teams and freelance talent to produce exceptional results.

Skills & Experience

- A strategic and imaginative thinker with a track record of leading large-scale experiential projects.

- Equally comfortable concepting big ideas and understanding the practicalities of how to make them real.

- Confident presenting to senior clients and able to navigate feedback while championing creative excellence.

- Collaborative, resilient, and energised by fast-paced, international work environments.

- Passionate about design, culture, and pushing creative boundaries.

Salary & Benefits

- £65-70k

- Hybrid working, 3 days in the office
