Following record growth, we’re hiring a Product Designer who will take the lead on creating seamless, elegant digital experiences - from idea to final UI. You’ll report to our Head of Tech and work closely with our Full Stack Developer, who will bring your designs to life.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Design & UX

  • Design wireframes, user flows and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
  • Create and maintain a design system and component libraries
  • Translate journeys and user personas into functional and elegant UI
  • Design responsive layouts for landing pages, booking flows, and dashboards
  • Prepare developer-ready files and support design handoff
  • Use typography, colour, spacing, and hierarchy with confidence
  • Think through navigation, information architecture, and mobile-first layouts

Front-End Collaboration

  • Build or support building responsive layouts with HTML/CSS
  • Work with Tailwind, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks
  • Read/modify simple JavaScript for interaction and feedback
  • Use Git for version control and inspect/debug browser UI issues
  • Work side-by-side with a Full Stack Developer who builds your designs in code
  • Understand how APIs, page structure and data flow influence design

Who We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Experience

  • 2+ years in Product Design, UI/UX, or a hybrid design/development role
  • Strong skills in Figma (or Adobe XD, Sketch)
  • Excellent knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive design, and modern layout techniques (Flexbox, Grid)
  • Experience creating and evolving design systems
  • Confident presenting design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of mobile-first and accessibility fundamentals
  • Able to debug and support front-end builds with a developer mindset

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with user testing, interviews, or internal user research
  • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for web layout and performance
  • Experience designing emails or working with tools like Webflow / Framer
