Role: Operations & Office Support

Salary Range: £27,000 - £38,000

Location: Fully on-site, in person - Rhondda Valleys, South Wales

The Role

This is a high-impact role at the heart of our operation.


You’ll be the person who keeps everything flowing; connecting production, purchasing, customer operations and logistics in a smooth, organised, no-drama way.


You’ll work across the whole business, build strong relationships with suppliers, and help drive a fast, high-quality manufacturing rhythm. If you’re the kind of person who loves structure, clarity and getting things done, you’ll thrive here.


This is a role for someone who enjoys pace, ownership and being trusted to run things well.


What You’ll Be Doing


Operations & Supply Chain Support

  • Raise POs and communicate with suppliers clearly
  • Keep materials flowing with simple forecasting and stock checks
  • Book in goods and maintain tidy records
  • Support raw material planning and weekly workflow preparation


Production Admin & Coordination

  • Help prepare weekly production plans
  • Host daily and weekly production 'stand-ups'
  • Organise materials and documentation
  • Maintain batch sheets, traceability and recipe records
  • Keep production moving with smooth, organised admin


Despatch & Logistics

  • Arrange haulier collections
  • Support export documentation
  • Handle courier updates and delivery exceptions
  • Ensure every order leaves correctly and on time


Customer Operations

  • Handle telephone and ticketed customer interactions
  • Set up B2B, D2C and export orders
  • Keep customer and supplier data clean and organised
