We’re looking for a Paid Campaign Producer to start on a Google Ads campaign ASAP!


We’re after a hands-on producer who lives and breathes paid campaigns - not organic. Please only apply if this is you :)


You’ll be the one keeping creative, production, and performance all pulling in the same direction across Meta (Instagram, Facebook) and Google Ads.


You’ll work with our creative and strategy teams to bring ideas to life - from briefing and asset production (video, static, animation) through to delivery and optimisation. You’ll understand how to make content perform, knowing your way around CTRs, hook rates, variations, and all the good stuff that makes ads land and convert.This role suits someone who’s just as comfortable managing shoots, talent, and timelines as they are reading data, spotting trends, and tweaking creative to improve performance.If you’re a detail-driven producer with a passion for great creative and measurable results, we’d love to hear from you.


£300 - 350 a day (dependent on experience), full-time for 5 - 6 weeks

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Paid Campaign Producer. The role based in the UK, with flexibility for remote work. The Paid Campaign Producer will manage and execute paid social media campaigns, analyse performance metrics, collaborate with the creative team, and develop strategies to optimise campaign performance. The role involves working with various stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and drive revenue growth.


Qualifications

  • Experience with managing paid social media campaigns, specifically Google Ads
  • Ability to analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with the creative team and other stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and advertising tools
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience in video production and creative strategy is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
