My client, a leading worldwide supplier of trusted retail products, is urgently seeking a highly meticulous and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join their Commercial team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role: Your Impact

You will be the dedicated point of contact responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process for a dedicated set of customers. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong customer relationships and driving supply chain efficiency.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Order Management: Owning the accurate processing of all customer orders through the SAP system within agreed timescales.
  • Logistics & Delivery: Coordinating delivery slots with customers, working closely with the warehouse and 3PL hauliers to ensure On-Time and In-Full (OTIF) performance, and proactively resolving all delivery issues and claims.
  • Stock Control & Forecasting: Closely monitoring stock allocations, performing daily account 'Sweeps,' and escalating out-of-stock lines to meet service level expectations.
  • Communication & Data: Providing clear, accurate communication to both customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Warehouse, etc.) and participating in initiatives focused on increasing supply chain efficiencies.


Who You Are

You are a positive, pro-active team player with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to problem-solving. You bring:

  • Essential: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to effectively solve complex customer-related supply chain problems.
  • Analytical Skillset: The ability to analyze data, communicate key points, and ideally, experience with advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • System Proficiency: Experience managing order processing through an ERP system like SAP is a significant advantage.
