Job Description
Role: Administrator / Senior Administrator
A reliable and detail-oriented Administrator or Senior Administrator is required to support a busy operational team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a process-driven, regulated, or compliance-focused environment and will be confident managing a variety of administrative tasks, documentation, and workflow coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure tasks and projects are completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare clear and well-structured reports, correspondence, and documentation.
- Manage deadlines, schedules, and internal calendars to support efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems, trackers, and checklists regularly.
- Handle delegated tasks with professionalism, ensuring outputs meet required standards.
- Assist with gathering, reviewing, and organising information, data, or documentation.
- Support the team in monitoring progress against targets, objectives, or regulatory requirements.
- Ensure approval processes, documentation sign-offs, or internal authorisations are tracked and completed correctly.
- Keep up to date with relevant internal procedures, policies, and industry or regulatory changes where applicable.
Skills & Experience
- Experience working on insolvency cases (essential).
- Strong understanding of statutory requirements and case processes.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple case deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and, ideally, insolvency case management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative restructuring team.
- Professional qualifications such as CPI or interest in working toward them are advantageous.
