Qualifications and Experience

• Membership in RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent accreditation
• Expert witness housing disrepair experience

• Ability to work independently and within a remote environment
• Familiarity with property laws and legal proceedings is advantageous
