Key Role Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor telecoms project activities in line with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Support development of project plans, schedules, and resource management.
• Liaise with vendors, internal teams, and clients to ensure effective communication and delivery.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, technical specifications, and change control.
• Track and report on project progress, risks, and issue resolutions.
• Facilitate project meetings, take minutes, and manage follow-up actions.
• Provide 1st Line Support cover when needed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and company standards.

Key Attributes Required

• Proven experience in telecoms or IT project coordination.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Solid understanding of telecoms systems, infrastructure, and terminology.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Basic understanding of budgeting and financial tracking.
