Job Title : Product Designer

Key Responsibilities:

This role will include responsibilities for:

  • Experience with creating and maintaining AS-IS and TO-BE system interface & data models like Business Process Model, System Integration Diagram, Contextual Diagram and Conceptual Data Model
  • Experience working in an IT product related industry, in the areas of IT software analysis, design or delivery (both analytical and technical)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Process mapping with different systems and supports data mapping and transformation activities
  • Experience in data migration, system upgrade and integration and cloud hosting project deliveries
  • Product/system/process validation expertise with reference to and guidelines from the DTMS approach
  • Experience in Business Analysis / User Research and Usability
  • Experience in delivering Wireframes, User Journey maps & UI/UX Outcomes
  • Min 3 to 5 years of recent experience in product designer role in Pharma Domain

Responsibilities

  • Developing a solid understanding of the business domain and processes through user research techniques and translating these into personas, journey maps and user stories that deliver solution design and improvements
  • Performing user research through qualitative enquiry, quantitative data analysis and user testing
  • Collaborating with an Agile team to size, iterate on, review, and deliver work
  • Connecting with engineers to ensure shared understanding of design feasibility, design integrity and accurate technical implementation
  • Developing an understanding of high-level technical concepts (e.g. Data structures, architecture), combined with critical thinking to assess viability of solutions
  • Interpreting and creating product design documentation
  • Driving design activities to improve user interfaces through wireframing, prototyping and ideation workshops
  • Apply best practices in product design to generate engaging and accessible digital experiences
  • Actively guide product decisions by establishing effective partnerships with stakeholders across the business
  • Ensure high quality delivery across the UX team
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to keep our thinking joined up across the whole estate
  • Create and embeds processes and templates to improve our ways of working
  • Taking responsibility for understanding the latest insights and trends in product design and incorporating those insights into the work as deliverables.
  • Collaborating with the Product Manager to ensure requirements are met and evaluate through your designs.
