An exceptional opportunity for a strategic, creative leader to head up an Events & Experiences team during a pivotal phase of growth and delivery.

As Head of Events, you’ll shape and deliver world-class, design-led experiences for a global portfolio of private and corporate clients. You’ll provide hands-on creative, strategic, and operational direction — ensuring every event reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

This role offers the chance to influence at senior level, lead a talented team, and collaborate with leading global brands and individuals to create truly unforgettable moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Events & Experiences team, providing creative, strategic, and operational direction across live and pipeline projects.
• Oversee delivery of high-profile events, ensuring creative integrity, flawless execution, and exceptional client service.
• Maintain and grow trusted client relationships, acting as a senior point of contact.
• Partner cross-functionally with other departments to deliver fully integrated experiences.
• Manage budgets, workflows, and team performance with precision and foresight.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the ongoing growth of the Events function.

About You

• Senior experience in events, experiential or creative production, ideally within a luxury agency or lifestyle environment.
• Strong creative sensibility and passion for design-led storytelling.
• Proven leadership and team management skills — able to inspire, direct, and deliver under pressure.
• Confident in client-facing settings, with strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Commercially astute with experience managing large-scale budgets and project profitability.
• Highly organised, solutions-focused, and motivated by excellence.
