Famed for its bold, flavour-driven dishes, the restaurant presents an inspiring Italian menu with a contemporary American twist. Boasting a state-of-the-art, spacious kitchen, the venue offers an all-day à la carte dining experience that blends culinary creativity with premium hospitality. With acclaimed sister restaurants around the globe, this London opening has made an unforgettable first impression on the city's vibrant dining scene.


Sous Chef Benefits:

Sous Chef requirements:


  • Previous experience in award-winning restaurants, luxury hotels, or private members’ clubs
  • A strong foundation in Italian and/or European cuisine is preferred
  • Stable and consistent employment history is essential
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality dishes in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Confident working within a large brigade – you’ll be part of a 50-strong team, serving up to 500 covers per service
