Channel Sales Specialist - UK (all genders)



TASKS

  1. Support to implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives within the C&I, and residential segments.
  2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer relationships in the assigned area or market.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales manager, product solution, marketing, and planning & fulfillment team, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  4. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed and adapt strategies accordingly.
  6. Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
  7. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and solutions.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all business development activities.


QUALIFICATION:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher education studies
  2. Possess a valid local driving license and willingness to travel frequently to secure new business opportunities.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English. Mandarin would be an advantage.
  4. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  5. Relevant internship or vocational training in business development or sales within the solar industry in UK would be an advantage.
  6. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  7. Open-minded and adaptable to a fast-paced and constantly evolving industry environment.
  8. Experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
