  • Calm under pressure and able to juggle tasks without missing the details
  • A team player who brings energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude
  • An interest in padel, sport, or fitness (padel experience is a bonus, not a must!)
  • Flexible availability — including evenings and weekends

Pay range and compensation package

At The Padel Hub, we’re not just running a venue — we’re building a movement.

Equal Opportunity Statement

As a Front of House team member, you won’t just be working at the hub — you’ll be the face of it. You’ll be the first person our members and guests meet, setting the tone for their entire experience. Your energy, warmth, and professionalism are just as vital to our success as what happens on the court.

You’ll be joining a growing team in one of the UK’s most exciting new sports environments, where every role matters and you’ll play a key part in shaping the community and culture of the hub.

If you’ve got strong customer service skills and want to be at the heart of something fresh, active, and full of potential, we’d love to hear from you.
