Salary: Competitive | Full-time | Permanent

Profiles Creative is working with a leading creative production agency to find a talented E-commerce Retoucher who’s as passionate about pixel perfection as they are about quality control.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic studio environment, working onsite three days per week in London with the award winning agency but will also need to meet a key client in Birmingham when needed.

You’ll report directly to the Head of Production and play a key role in maintaining the highest visual standards across digital assets.

What You’ll Be Doing

Retouching

  • Deliver high-end retouching across a range of categories — from e-commerce and product to beauty, lifestyle, and automotive.
  • Bring creative flair and precision to every project, with a sharp eye for realism, lighting, colour, and composition.
  • Confidently interpret creative briefs and collaborate with Producers, Photographers, and Creative Leads.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.
  • Work seamlessly across Photoshop, image capture tools, colour spaces, and digital/print workflows.
  • (Bonus) Understanding of C4D or similar CGI packages.

Quality Control (QC)

  • Own the QC process, reviewing all images before release.
  • Check for consistency in colour, cropping, alignment, and file naming.
  • Maintain and refine QC checklists, improving post-production workflows.
  • Communicate effectively with the wider production team to resolve issues and uphold brand standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years’ professional retouching experience in an e-commerce or studio environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing exceptional retouching ability across varied subjects.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and strong understanding of production workflows.
  • Experience in high-volume image production environments.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Familiarity with DAM systems, file management, and workflow automation tools is a plus.
