They’re seeking a Research Team Lead, though exceptional Research Engineers with experience leading R&D initiatives will also be considered. Whether your background is in hardware, software, electromagnetic design, or mechanical simulation, what matters is your ability to push boundaries, lead innovation, and turn research into real-world technology.

The role:
- Lead a multidisciplinary R&D team across hardware, software, EM, and simulation
- Set research strategy and define the technology roadmap
- Align development streams with commercial and technical goals
- Bridge research and production to enable scalable deployment
You bring:
Expertise in one or more areas:
- Electromagnetic design & analysis (FEA, motor topologies, materials)
- Control software & embedded systems (real-time control, torque vectoring)
- Hardware systems (power electronics, sensing, integration)
- Mechanical simulation & analysis (NVH, thermal, structural)
- Strong understanding of trade-offs between performance, cost, and manufacturability
