This is a rare opportunity to become part of a renowned, high-volume restaurant known for its vibrant atmosphere, authentic flavours, and open-fire cooking in a stylish open kitchen. The successful candidate will work alongside a talented brigade with a passion for quality and precision.
The Role Offers:
- Salary of £40,000–£42,000, dependent on experience
- 45 hours per week – work/life balance supported by being closed every Monday
- Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment
- An immediate start for the right candidate
- Central London location with excellent transport links
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in Michelin-starred kitchen environments is essential
- Passion for Greek or Mediterranean cuisine
- Skilled in open-fire cooking and comfortable in an open kitchen
- Calm under pressure, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Keen to develop and grow in a forward-thinking, quality-driven kitchen
