The Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Retention Specialist to join their existing complaints team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organisational and communication skills this is the perfect temp to perm role for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Complaint Logging
• Accurately log all customer complaints and concerns ensuring escalation
• Follow up and resolution as needed.
• Handling and organising complaint information through different channels and systems.
• Actively follow up any complaints to ensure timely and efficient resolution.

£12.24 an hour plus bonus (£25,467, OTE £35,000) Shifts are working 8.00am-5.00pm and 9.00am-6.00pm on a rotational basis and 1 in 5 Saturdays 9am-1.00pm (40 hours a week)

The Individual

• Previous experience in customer service ideally within a contact centre environment
• Excellent communications Skills – verbal and written
• Customer first approach
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities,
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Results-oriented with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience handling objections and turning dissatisfied customers into loyal ones
• Empathetic
• Persuasive and results driven,
• Conflict resolution/negotiation,
• Attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software
