We are an Essex based company who cover the South East.

We are looking for an electrician who would like to join our growing team as our Electrical Qualified Supervisor (QS)

This is a hybrid role where you will still be required to get your tools out and assist the team with works. You will be predominantly managing your own time to ensure that all certification is completed with office time available.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to progress into an Electrical Manager role in the near future.

What You’ll Do

• Be apart of Building and inspiring a team of apprentices and electricians.
• Lead projects from enquiry and design through to installation and maintenance.
• Assist the sales team with technical quotes.
• Mentor, audit, and support your team—helping them (and you) develop.
• Ensure compliance with NICEIC and industry standards

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years’ electrical experience (installations, EICRs, maintenance, etc.).
• Leadership and management skills—ready to train and inspire others.
• Commercial acumen with a track record in sales or business growth.
• Approved Electrician status, 18th Edition, C&G 2391 (or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience with end users in the commercial sector and/or contractors.

Bonus points for:

EV charging installation experience, NICEIC Qualified Supervisor status, JIB Gold Card, first aid, CAD skills, or a flair for marketing.
