Audiologist / RHAD – Independent Practice | Rayleigh, Essex (Full-Time, Clinic-Based)

Basic up to £45,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance | OTE £80,000+

We’re seeking a customer-focused Audiologist / RHAD to join an established independent optical and hearing care group with loyal patients and excellent local reputation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a private setting where you’ll have the time and autonomy to provide outstanding patient care.

The Role

• Based primarily in Rayleigh, with sessions across Old Harlow and Maldon (plus occasional home visits)
• Full-time hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00–5:30 (no bank holidays)
• 60-minute appointments – truly patient-centred testing times
• Modern, well-equipped clinics with dedicated hearing booths and up-to-date diagnostic tech
• Services include hearing assessments, speech-in-noise testing, and earwax removal

About You

• HCPC-registered Audiologist or RHAD
• UK work rights and full driving licence
• Open to both experienced and newly qualified clinicians
