Payroll Delivery Coordinator


Location: Bolton


Contract Type: Permanent (Hybrid working)


Role Purpose:


To support the payroll function within ISS UK, processing the day to day payroll administration data input and associated input control check activities of the fortnightly payroll.


Supporting the Payroll function by processing payroll data accurately, in line with payroll deadlines ensuring control input checks completed accurately and on time. Supporting employee and Business queries as required.


Key Responsibilities:


The Payroll Delivery Coordinator role team is primary responsible for processing Input and validating accuracy of input for the fortnightly payroll.


• Input of Starters / Leavers / Changes data into the payroll system via T&A for fortnightly employees.

• Input Validation checks of all input.

• Hourly Timesheet administration Manual Input.

• Input of additional Hours into Time system.

• Input absence data for hourly employees.

• Supporting the payroll delivery manager with ad hoc duties in key times of the payroll process.

• Delivering a high-quality payroll customer service experience

• Ensuring seasonal adjustments are processed accurately.

• Processing of Agenda for change (AfC) terms and conditions
