Export Admin Assistant - Food Retail


The location of the role is Paddington, London (hybrid working).

The duration of the contract is 3 months.

The pay rate on offer is £15 per hour.


The client is a multinational high-street retailer.


Key accountabilities of the role

  • Manage and provide export partners with all export documentation e.g. Test reports, artwork needed to register food products across all international markets.
  • Support export partners with product queries.
  • Liaise with suppliers and other stakeholders for product information needed to be able to export the product.
  • Provide day to day food export compliance documentation.
  • Data management, extract data and maintain food product databases used in international.
  • Cross functional collaboration across the supply base, international partners, supply chain, logistics, technical and commercial teams to ensure export compliance.
