South Staffordshire – Full Time, Hybrid Working

£37,500 - £45,000

We are working with a boutique, growing, highly trusted independent financial planning firm based in South Staffordshire who specialise in providing clear, long-term, lifestyle-focused financial planning to clients approaching retirement, in retirement, and to business owners.

The team combines deep technical expertise with a friendly, approachable style -delivering high-quality, jargon-free advice that helps clients gain financial clarity and confidence. As the business continues to expand, we are looking for a talented Paraplanner to join their supportive and forward-thinking team.

We are seeking an analytical, detail-driven Paraplanner to play a key role in supporting their team of Financial Advisers and enhancing the delivery of the advice process. You will be responsible for producing high-quality financial planning reports, undertaking research, ensuring compliance, and supporting the smooth progression of the client journey from advice to implementation.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing financial analysis, research, and reports to support the advice process.
• Assisting advisers in developing and implementing financial planning strategies.
• Creating clear, accurate, and compliant suitability reports and planning documents.
• Ensuring all work meets FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.
• Providing ongoing administrative and technical support to maintain an efficient client service process.
