What You'll Do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service with charm, confidence, and care
• Share expert product knowledge to inspire and delight our customers
• Maintain impeccable presentation standards across the shop floor
• Support daily operations, including stock management and merchandising
• Create a welcoming and elegant environment that reflects the Fortnum’s legacy.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a fast-paced environment in a similar role
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
• A friendly warm approach with great people skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
• Outstanding communication skills.

Important Information

Our Christmas Sales Associates should be fully flexible to work 5 out of 7 days on earlies, middles and late shifts including weekends, on a 40 hour per week contract. Start dates will occur from 24/11 or 1/12 until 4/1/26. No extensive holidays can be considered during seasonal contracts due to business needs.
