Patient Booker – Gynaecology Department (On-Site)

New Cross Hospital - Wolverhampton

We are seeking an organised, patient-focused Patient Booker to join the Gynaecology team at New Cross Hospital. This is an on site position supporting the smooth running of patient scheduling within a busy clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate patient appointments for the Gynaecology department
• Liaise with clinical teams, admin teams, and patients to ensure efficient scheduling
• Deliver excellent patient communication and customer service
• Maintain accurate records and follow departmental procedures
• Support the wider Gynaecology team with administrative tasks as required

✅ Requirements

• Must be on site at New Cross Hospital (no remote working)
• Experience in Gynaecology is essential either as a Patient Booker, Scheduler, or Healthcare Support Worker with exposure to Gynaecology services
• Strong organisational and communication skills
