Overview
The New Homes Sales Advisor plays a key role in delivering a best-in-class customer experience and driving sales across new-build developments. Acting as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, you will guide customers through every stage of the sales journey—ensuring a smooth, professional, and engaging process from first enquiry to legal completion.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales
- Welcome prospective buyers, qualify enquiries, and conduct professional tours of show homes and developments.
- Present product features, available plots, pricing, incentives, and the overall benefits of buying a new-build home.
- Manage the full reservation process, ensuring compliance with company and industry guidelines.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction levels.
Customer Journey Management
- Provide clear, consistent communication to customers from reservation through to completion.
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to support buyers throughout their purchase.
- Conduct home demonstrations and assist with key handovers to ensure a positive move-in experience.
Site & Presentation Standards
- Maintain the marketing suite, show homes, and surrounding areas to the highest standards at all times.
- Ensure marketing materials, plot information, and displays remain accurate and up to date.
Administration & Reporting
- Accurately update CRM systems, sales documentation, and weekly reports.
- Monitor and record customer feedback and assist management in identifying improvement opportunities.
- Stay informed on competitor activity and local market trends.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in new homes sales, property sales, or a customer-facing, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational ability with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital sales systems.
- Ability to work independently and proactively while contributing to wider team success.
- Willingness to work weekends and bank holidays as required.
