Finance Business Partner

Location: North Oxfordshire

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 DOE, per annum + benefits

Opportunity Overview

I’m recruiting for a leading, high-growth manufacturing and engineering business in North Oxfordshire. They are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Finance Business Partner to join the team and become the critical link between Finance, the business and senior stakeholders, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads, commercial and ops teams to drive financial performance and accountability
• Provide analysis and commentary on metrics, trends, and potential opportunities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
• Present management reporting and KPIs to senior stakeholders
• Identify risks and opportunities, providing clear, actionable recommendations
• Support pricing decisions, contract performance reviews, and investment appraisals
• Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting quality

About You

• Part- or Fully - Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• Proven track record of partnering with non-finance stakeholders and influencing business decisions
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into commercial insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Advanced Excel and modelling skills; experience with ERP systems advantageous
• Experience in a PE environment is beneficial
