Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, conducting pre-qualified face-to-face appointments with clients in clients own-home.

Your diary can be filled with pre-qualified clients who need professional Mortgage and Protection Advice.

AIMS has access to exclusive Lenders and exclusive products, not available with most NI Brokers.

Existing employer not providing enough quality leads/introductions/appointments then this is an ideal role for you. This role would suit an existing Mortgage Advisor who wants flexibility in their working hours, and to be rewarded for their hard work.

Responsibilities include providing professional mortgage and protection advice to clients, assessing their financial needs, recommending suitable products, and supporting clients through the mortgage application process. The role also involves maintaining compliance with financial regulations and staying informed about market trends to provide accurate and relevant advice.

Remuneration:

Self Employed Uncapped earnings Potential

First Year OTE £40-000 - £50,000

Subsequent Years £50,000 +

 

Qualifications

·        Must be CeMap or Cert CII Qualified.

·        Experience in Mortgage Advice

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·        Proactive attitude with the ability to build strong client relationships

·        Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple clients

·        Previous experience in a similar role or financial services is essential

·        Strong knowledge of the mortgage market and relevant products

Applicant must currently hold CeMAP Qualification or Equivalent Mortgage Qualification to be considered for this position.

Applicant must have experience working as a mortgage broker.

The appointments provided are either existing or new customers who have requested an appointment with an adviser and are booked into your diary for you. All appointments are conducted within a reasonable travel distance from your home. Available appointments throughout Northern Ireland.
