Microsoft Business Applications Expert - Dynamics 365 CE | Power Platform | AI & Copilot

Permanent - Fulltime

Homebased - Hybrid working in the UK

• Own and drive digital transformation, pre-sales engagements across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Copilot, and Power Platform opportunities.
• Shape end-to-end solution architectures that integrate Dynamics 365 CE apps (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) with Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure AI services to deliver measurable business impact.
• Deliver engaging demos, technical workshops, and proofs-of-concept that showcase the art of the possible within D365 CE and the broader Microsoft Cloud ecosystem.
• Partner with sales, delivery, and industry teams to create compelling proposals, solution roadmaps, and scalable go-to-market strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, guiding them through their digital transformation, CRM modernization, and AI enablement journey.

Key Experience

• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Field Service) and the Power Platform, with hands-on experience leveraging Copilot and AI Builder.
• Proven experience in a pre-sales, solution architect, or consulting role, ideally within
• Driving large-scale digital transformation programs through the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem, delivering measurable business impact and enterprise-wide innovation.
• Expert in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 solutions, with advanced proficiency in Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry to design and deploy intelligent, AI-powered business solutions.
• Microsoft partner or enterprise delivery environments.
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions that drive value through process automation, customer insights, and AI-enhanced experiences.
• A consultative mindset with a passion for innovation, client success, and delivery excellence.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment backed by the scale and structure of a global organization.
