2nd Line Support Engineer – Southampton (Contract)

We’re looking for IT Support Engineers to join our team in Southampton on a contract basis.

Location: Southampton

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 2-4 months, 2 Days a week (Part-Time)

Rate: £180/Day

Key Requirements:

• Hands-on experience providing technical support
• 2nd Line Support Experience
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and within an office
• Ability to provide desk-side support
• Finalising device imaging/swapping and resolving post-migration queries (software installs, printers, OneDrive queries, any automation gaps)
• Troubleshooting laptops with interactive screens/projectors, anything not working on user devices
• Comfortably working alone and also as a team

Experience working for an MSP, in the education sector or having an Enhanced DBS is not essential but a bonus.
