Job description

• Remote working for self-employed. Employed would need to live near Mirfield HQ
• Having a client bank will be great but is not essential
• We have our own lead source platform which brokers get free leads from. All Advisors have access to our system and log on to access the leads. These are on a first come first served basis.
• Directly authorised
• Splits for self-generated start at 70% and go up to 80%. 40% for leads provided
• 28k basic for employed plus 10% commission up to 10k and then 1% extra per 1k up to a max of 20%
• £299 monthly fee but this is waived for the first six months and is not payable if they are doing over 12k per month
• Marketing support provided if wanted
• Admin support provided after offer
• Weekly Monday meetings hosted by one of the Directors to discuss ideas, current affairs etc
• Online support rooms for Advisors where they can bounce ideas off each other/ask for advice etc.
• Ongoing training sessions provided
• Self-employed Advisers are asked to set up a limited company if they don’t have one already in order to meet IR35 standards
