Job Title: Technical Coordinator

Location: West London (Large Mixed-Use Scheme)

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Car Allowance, Pension, Healthcare, Life Insurance & Discretionary Bonus

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Coordinator to join a leading residential developer working on a flagship mixed-use scheme in West London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-profile project that combines residential, commercial, and leisure spaces, delivering exceptional quality and design.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Coordination: Manage and coordinate all technical aspects of the design process from planning through to completion.

Consultant Management: Liaise with architects, engineers, and specialist consultants to ensure timely delivery of design information.

Compliance: Ensure designs meet building regulations, planning conditions, and company standards.

Technical Documentation: Review and approve drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.

Problem Solving: Resolve design and technical issues promptly to avoid delays on site.

Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with internal teams (construction, commercial, sales) to align technical requirements with project objectives.

Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or compliance.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Technical Coordinator (or similar role) within residential development.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning processes.
• Ability to manage multiple consultants and workstreams effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in reviewing technical drawings and specifications.
